Premier Internet was formed in 1994 to provide a global email solution for then Chemical Bank, now Chase-Manhattan Bank. By early 1995 Premier Internet had become the first full service Internet Service Provider in Cincinnati, Ohio and one of the first in the country as a whole. It did not take long to understand the potential impact of web sites on the world. By August of 1995 we had shifted out primary focus from Internet Access to development of Intranet and Internet applications, web site design and hosting.
